In this role, you will support the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning initiatives at The Salvation Army. Your expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design will enable you to analyze skills gaps and develop targeted training programs. Work closely with HR and stakeholders to enhance organizational growth through innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the organization’s learning strategy aligned with business goals
• Design and develop engaging learning content using modern methodologies
• Conduct learning needs analyses to prioritize development initiatives
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions to boost engagement
• Monitor program effectiveness through data evaluation and insights
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in learning and development or training roles
• Proficient in instructional design and learning technologies
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high professionalism
