Transform the learning landscape at LTC Digital Solutions as a Senior Training Specialist in Toronto. You will leverage your training expertise to facilitate adult learning and develop essential resources. As part of a 1-year 3+ month contract, this onsite role is located at 56 Wellesley St East.
You will assess training needs, create comprehensive training curricula, and utilize e-learning tools effectively. Robust communication skills will strengthen your relationships with stakeholders and enhance training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs for various end-users
Design training curricula and develop necessary resources
Provide project management insights for alignment with timelines
Create evaluation methods for continuous learning support
Facilitate and support classroom training sessions
Requirements:
Experience in facilitating adult learning programs
Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AODA compliance and guidelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years in the healthcare training sector preferred
