Learning Designer at Air

Enhance learning initiatives with Air Canada as a Learning Designer focused on crafting impactful educational programs. Leverage adult learning principles to design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Service - Learning Design, collaborating with key stakeholders to determine learning outcomes. Your expertise will guide the end-to-end design of instructional materials, ensuring they align with operational objectives. You will handle multiple projects with diverse complexities while facilitating initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on defining learning outcomes and solutions

• Utilize instructional design models for program development

• Manage various initiatives with competing deadlines

• Design learning experiences reflecting business relevance

• Facilitate workshops to prepare trainers

Requirements:

• Certificate in adult education or workplace learning

• Minimum three years in instructional design

• Experience in hospitality or airline sectors advantageous

• Strong understanding of evaluation methods

• Ability to travel 10% to 15% of the time
