In this role, you will report to the Head of Service - Learning Design, collaborating with key stakeholders to determine learning outcomes. Your expertise will guide the end-to-end design of instructional materials, ensuring they align with operational objectives. You will handle multiple projects with diverse complexities while facilitating initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on defining learning outcomes and solutions
• Utilize instructional design models for program development
• Manage various initiatives with competing deadlines
• Design learning experiences reflecting business relevance
• Facilitate workshops to prepare trainers
Requirements:
• Certificate in adult education or workplace learning
• Minimum three years in instructional design
• Experience in hospitality or airline sectors advantageous
• Strong understanding of evaluation methods
• Ability to travel 10% to 15% of the time
