Key Responsibilities:

• Design a three-level certification framework for AI-SDLC

• Create role-specific learning paths for various personas

• Develop a variety of content formats for learning assets

• Maintain and curate reusable materials from pilots

• Oversee knowledge base and learning materials on the intranet

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM tools

• Proven instructional design experience

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills

• Ability to produce multi-format learning materials

• Experience with knowledge management platforms
