Position: Lead Program Enablement at CPA Ontario
Shape the future of CPA education at CPA Ontario as a Lead in Practical Experience & Program Enablement. This contract role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs.

In this contract position based in Toronto, you will lead the creation of curriculum for mentor training. Your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles will guide new mentors through the practical experience framework of the New CPA Professional Program. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure effective program implementation and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design curriculum for online mentor training programs

• Conduct user research for the work experience reporting tool

• Lead training sessions and produce supporting materials

• Create comprehensive user manuals and SOPs

• Provide ongoing subject matter expertise and support

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in learning and development

• Experience with online training programs and LMS

• Strong facilitation and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and content translation abilities

• Relevant degree or certifications in education or instructional design
