Position: Manager, Centre for Early Development
Lead early childhood education initiatives at Mothercraft as a Manager of the Centre for Early Development. Drive team efforts to provide exceptional care in a nurturing environment.

As a Manager at Mothercraft's Robertson House, you'll impact young minds while overseeing a team of Registered Early Childhood Educators and Assistants.

Your role emphasizes adherence to educational frameworks, compliance with regulations, and the development of engaging family-oriented programs. Together with the Parent Advisory Committee and the Associate Director, you'll ensure a safe and stimulating atmosphere for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the centre for Early Development

• Ensure adherence to educational and regulatory standards

• Develop family and child programming aligned with best practices

• Recruit and train staff to provide high-quality programs

• Guide staff with performance feedback and evaluations

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma; BA an asset

• 5+ years in childcare, 3 years in management

• Registered with the College of ECE

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and assessment tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
