Starting in September 2026, Petite Luminaries Montessori seeks a passionate leader to maintain a well-prepared classroom. Ideal candidates will have a Montessori Diploma and two or more years of classroom experience. You'll support the authentic Montessori curriculum while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and fostering communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a beautifully prepared Toddler Montessori classroom

• Support individualized curriculum fostering independence and creativity

• Ensure compliance with CCEYA licensing regulations

• Communicate effectively with parents about child progress

• Observe and document each child’s development

Requirements:

• Montessori Diploma (MACTE-accredited or AMI-recognized)

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) preferred

• 2+ years Montessori teaching experience

• Knowledge of Ontario Early Learning Framework

• CPR & First Aid Certification required
