Position: Instructional Designer at CAMH
Drive online learning initiatives as a Community Health and Education Specialist s full-time role focuses on designing interactive online courses and simulation-based education for health professionals.

The Community Health and Education Specialist will lead the design and implementation of tailored e-learning programs for healthcare staff. You will apply adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design, creating engaging courses with practical resources. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and evaluation teams is key to ensuring impactful educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs of intended learners

• Design interactive online courses and e-learning programs

• Develop simulation-based learning experiences for health professionals

• Create user guides, job aids, and online resources

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and evaluation teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field

• 3+ years in instructional design within healthcare settings

• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools

• Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles

• Strong communication and organizational skills
