Registered Early Childhood Educator Position

In this full-time position, you will design, implement, and evaluate high-quality early childhood programs in compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess preschool programming needs and establish achievable goals

• Implement policies from Toronto Public Health and CCEYA standards

• Develop and evaluate preschool programs based on assessed needs

• Maintain safety and security for children at all times

• Supervise and support preschool program staff effectively

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Strong knowledge of CCEYA and early years assessment frameworks

• Experience in program planning for ages 18 months to 4 years

• Skills in child development and behaviour guidance

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and First Aid CPR certification
