Introduction to Pastoral Care at the University of St. Michael’s College this Fall 2026. Bring your theological expertise and teaching experience to engage students in meaningful pastoral discussions.

The University of St. Michael’s College is seeking a qualified Course Instructor for its Fall 2026 semester. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering course content, managing assignments, and supporting student learning in a remote class setting. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or

D.Min. in theology, alongside experience in pastoral praxis and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging course lectures and materials

• Develop and grade assignments, tests, and exams

• Hold regular office hours for student support

• Supervise teaching assistants if assigned

• Calculate and submit final grades efficiently

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in theology or

D.Min.

• Expertise in pastoral theology and praxis

• Previous teaching experience in related courses

• Ability to take sole responsibility for grading

• Available for Tuesday evening classes online
