Position: Lecturer on Arts Equity
Lead discussions on equity and inclusivity in arts and media at the University of Toronto Scarborough this Fall 2026. This Sessional Lecturer role is pivotal for shaping future industry leaders.

The University of Toronto Scarborough is looking for a seasoned educator to teach the course 'Equity and Inclusivity in Arts and Media Organizations.' Candidates should have a strong background in teaching at the postsecondary level and expertise in issues of equity and diversity. The role requires designing course material and evaluating student performance for a diverse group of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a 13-credit course curriculum

• Effectively deliver engaging lectures to students

• Develop grading criteria for assignments and portfolios

• Maintain office hours for student inquiries

• Report grades in compliance with university deadlines

Requirements:

• Experience teaching in a postsecondary environment
