At Academy of Enlightened Minds, we seek a passionate educator to guide children aged 6-9. Your expertise in the Montessori method will help establish a strong academic foundation while promoting holistic health and emotional resilience. This active role requires guiding children through challenges, helping them experience effort and mistakes as part of their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help children develop independence and problem-solving skills

• Avoid over-helping, providing intentional guidance

• Maintain clear and consistent expectations

• Support children through challenging situations

• Foster a growth mindset and resilience

Requirements:

• Montessori Diploma (AMI/MACTE) required

• Bachelor of Education preferred

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Clean criminal record and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Strong understanding of developmental needs for ages 6-9
