Position: Early Childhood Educator with Montessori Expertise
Empower young minds as an Early Childhood Educator at Bloomsbury Academy. This full-time role focuses on program implementation for children aged 18 months to 6 years in a supportive, on-site environment.

Your responsibilities will include leading a classroom, designing education programs, and collaborating with your peers to foster children's growth and development. You will focus on creating inspiring, hands-on learning experiences that promote independence and curiosity, all while adhering to both the regulatory standards and organizational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to create engaging, tailored educational programs

• Monitor children’s progress and well-being through observation

• Maintain accurate child records and communicate updates

• Promote positive interactions and self-regulation strategies

• Implement Montessori principles in daily activities

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Diploma (RECE) or equivalent

• At least 3 years of teaching experience required

• Previous Montessori experience is a strong asset

• Good standing registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Commitment to professional growth and teamwork
