The Employment & Education Partnerships Coordinator is essential in enhancing access to part-time employment and educational resources for Step Stones youth. You will be responsible for cultivating partnerships with employers and educational institutions, ensuring alignment with youth education plans. This role requires an understanding of youth challenges and a strategic approach to partnership development to benefit both youth and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain employer partnerships and community collaborations

• Promote Step Stones model and its youth benefits

• Create part-time job opportunities aligned with education plans

• Support youth with job applications and interview readiness

• Conduct regular check-ins with youth and employers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in employment services or youth programming

• Experience in partnership building with employers

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of systemic barriers for marginalized youth

• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
