Position: Camp Towhee Artistic Leadership Role

This position as an Artistic Leader requires you to plan and implement engaging programs that resonate with our campers. With a foundation in counseling and behavior management, you will help youth express themselves through various artistic mediums. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high-quality art programs with learning objectives

• Keep the creative space organized and inspiring

• Collaborate with colleagues on arts and larger team initiatives

• Provide supervision during mealtimes and activities

• Engage campers in choice-based activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a related program or equivalent experience

• Experience in a camp environment is strongly preferred

• Background in supporting youth with mental health challenges

• Valid police record check and First Aid training

• Proven ability to facilitate art-based programming
