The University of Toronto Scarborough is seeking a Sessional Lecturer for MGTA
01H3. This course introduces business organizations, covering their planning, organization, and importance. The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in business or management along with teaching experience at undergraduate levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging course content

• Develop, administer, and grade assignments and exams

• Hold regular office hours for student consultations

• Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the course

• Maintain strong availability for administrative contact

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in business or management required

• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level

• Preferred PhD in a related subject area

• Strong evaluations in past teaching roles

• Familiarity with the course structure at UTSC
