Key Responsibilities:

• Support child development through play-based learning

• Create inclusive and engaging learning environments

• Maintain continuity of care for children

• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff

• Facilitate meaningful interactions with children

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Current First Aid and CPR-C certification

• Strong knowledge of Ontario's child development pedagogy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Positive, flexible, and professional demeanor
