Intact is looking for a Senior Consultant in Learning & Development to drive exceptional learning experiences. This temporary role involves regular travel and team collaboration.
The selected candidate will ideally have 3 to 5 years of consulting experience in corporate environments, focusing on leadership facilitation and learning needs analysis. This position requires a strong attention to detail and an ability to foster a safe learning environment. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive learning solutions and enhancing educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging learning workshops for teams
• Execute needs assessments for tailored learning solutions
• Maintain and update Workday Learning systems
• Ensure learners access necessary materials on time
• Act as an ambassador for the Learning & Development Team
Requirements:
• Educational background in Human Resources or related fields
• Strong leadership consulting experience
• Technical skills in Workday and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to adjust travel schedules
• Commitment to continuous learning and innovation
