Position: Learning and Development Coordinator at CSA Group
Join CSA Group as a Learning and Development Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will drive impactful L&D programs using your expertise in Learning Management Systems.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the CSA Academy team by planning, executing, and analyzing various training initiatives.

Your role includes LMS administration, global calendar management, and event coordination, ensuring effective learning experiences. You will also provide insights to leverage LMS for enhanced training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and administering L&D programs

• Maintain learning and certification modules in LMS

• Conduct data analysis for learning effectiveness

• Plan and coordinate learning events and programs

• Produce reports and learning materials for initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Adult Education or HR

• 3-5 years of L&D coordination experience

• Proficient in LMS and data reporting

• Understanding of instructional design and technologies

• Excellent project planning and time management skills
