Position: Youth Mentor for Event Lab Program
Empower youth as a Youth Mentor at BGC Weston Mount Dennis, leading the Event Lab program. Guide and support youth through event planning and leadership development all summer long.

In this leadership-focused role, you will mentor youth aged 13–15 at BGC Weston Mount Dennis. You'll facilitate workshops in areas like leadership and employment readiness, aiming to build confidence and teamwork. Over the summer from June 22 to August 14, assist them in executing community events while fostering essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan engaging workshops for participants aged 13–15

• Lead the Leadership-in-Training Program activities

• Mentor youth in interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Guide participants in planning community events

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of youth program experience

• Experience facilitating structured programming

• Strong skills in leadership and communication

• Current First Aid & CPR-C certification

• Police Reference Check within 6 months
