Position: Aviso Bilingual Training Specialist Needed
Join Aviso as a Bilingual Learning Development Specialist on a 14-month contract. Enhance employee skills and client experiences through innovative training design and delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Training & Development, you will play a critical role within the Business Management team. Your responsibilities will include identifying learning needs, developing training materials, and implementing engaging learning solutions. This position requires a commitment to service and collaboration while actively supporting employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs and develop relevant training solutions

• Collaborate on curriculum creation and content validation

• Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions

• Facilitate onboarding for new employees

• Assess training effectiveness and implement changes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Adult Education

• 3+ years in corporate training roles

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficient in adult learning theories

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
