E-Learning Development Designer Position

In this collaborative role, you will report to the Director of Learning and Inclusion, working closely with a dedicated team. Your hands-on experience in instructional media design will facilitate the development of rich learning objects like videos and interactive content. Focus on leveraging educational technologies to enhance the learning experience for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on storyboard development and media integration

• Create engaging interactive activities for courses

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards

• Produce instructional content and resource documents

• Run tests and troubleshoot technology issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in instructional design or educational technology

• Three years of relevant experience in e-learning design

• Proficiency with content authoring tools and LMS

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles

• Familiarity with basic programming languages
