Ideal candidates will hold an M.Arch degree and have a strong record in teaching foundational design studios. You will integrate discussions on urbanism and the future landscape of Toronto into studio projects, driving student engagement. Responsibilities include preparation of course content, managing assignments, supervision of teaching assistants, and student assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct required studio coordination meetings
• Develop and deliver comprehensive course content
• Oversee teaching assistants' contributions
• Prepare and evaluate assignments and exams
• Address student questions and manage grades
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Experience teaching at M.Arch or
B.A/B.Arch levels
• Knowledge of architectural pedagogy and practice
• Strong organizational and communicative abilities
• Capability to foster a collaborative studio environment
