Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Life Programs and Services, the Director is pivotal in enhancing co-curricular experiences and ensuring equitable access for diverse student populations. With at least eight years of relevant experience, you’ll manage a professional team focused on student transition, recognition, and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to promote holistic student success and engagement throughout the campus community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in student engagement initiatives
• Develop programs for diverse student populations
• Manage budget and resources effectively
• Mentor and support professional staff and students
• Engage with campus partners and communities
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in relevant field
• Minimum eight years in senior student affairs roles
• Experience with program development and assessment
• Proven track record in fostering equity and inclusion
• Strong communication and relational skills
