Part-Time Montessori Assistant Teachers

As a part-time team member, you will support lunch supervision and supply roles in a reputable Montessori setting. While Montessori Assistant or Early Childhood Assistant certificates are assets, they are not required. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive child management approach

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality

• Collaborate and contribute as a team member

• Demonstrate knowledge of relevant Child Care & Early Years Act sections

Requirements:

• Experience or education in early childhood education

• Fluency in French is a plus

• Commitment to Montessori education principles

• Ability to work part-time in a flexible schedule

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
