Position: Integrated Jewish Education Director Role
NCSY Canada is seeking a Director of Integrated Jewish Education to create a seamless educational path for Jewish teens. Focus on strategic educational vision and staff development.

As a leader in the field, you will enhance the educational experiences for Jewish teens by integrating JSU, Torah High, and various programs. Your responsibilities will include developing curricula, engaging staff in training sessions, and mapping students’ journeys. The goal is to ensure that each interaction contributes to a holistic educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a unified educational strategy across all programs

• Align annual educational content with the Jewish calendar

• Train staff on effective delivery of education

• Define and enhance the student journey

• Identify opportunities to deepen educational impact

Requirements:

• Strong background in both formal and informal Jewish education

• Experience in curriculum design and program development
