Join Oxford Learning Bayview Woods as a part-time Teacher-Tutor for the school year. Enjoy flexible evening hours while engaging with students and bolstering their academic skills.
You will assist Elementary students in subjects like reading and math, as well as High School students in advanced topics.
This role offers you the chance to follow structured lessons and receive thorough training in our teaching methods. Commitment is needed through June 2027, with potential summer opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tutor up to three elementary students at a time
• Deliver tailored lessons using our proven methodologies
• Provide detailed student communication and monthly updates
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant teaching certification
• Tutoring experience with Kindergarten to Grade 12 students
• Proficient English communication skills
• French teaching ability is highly desired
• Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory
