In this role, you’ll prepare students for standardized tests while building their confidence in math. Collaborate closely with a mentor teacher, engaging students through innovative lesson plans that adhere to RSM’s proven methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics across elementary to high school grades

• Collaborate with a mentor to design effective lessons

• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

• Assess and promote critical reasoning and emotional growth

• Communicate student progress to parents and school managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Math or related field required

• Minimum one year teaching experience with kids

• Passion for making math enjoyable

• Strong interpersonal skills required

• Familiarity with Math Competitions is a plus
