Mathematics Teaching Fellow

Position: Mathematics Teaching Fellow at UNSW

As a Teaching Fellow, you will support the School of Mathematics and Statistics through engaging tutorials and research activities. This role requires delivering mathematics tutorials, assisting with course assessment, and contributing to curriculum administration and outreach. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver up to 12 hours of mathematics tutorials weekly

• Prepare classes and manage relevant assessment records

• Supervise exams and provide consultation to students

• Participate in curriculum development and outreach initiatives

• Align with UNSW’s Code of Conduct and safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Mathematics or related field

• Strong mathematical background and teaching experience

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written forms
