• Lead high-quality instructional content creation using modern tools
• Evolve Compliance Risk Management Academy learning programs
• Partner with business leaders to identify and address learning needs
• Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and drive improvements
Requirements:
• University degree in Education, HR, or Business
• Seven+ years in learning solutions development
• Proficiency in software like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Bilingualism in Spanish is a plus
