Nido Child Development Assistant

Join our dedicated team as a Nido Assistant, specializing in the care and growth of children from birth to 18 months. We seek passionate individuals who appreciate the Montessori approach and child development principles.

As a Nido Assistant, you will engage with infants and toddlers, supporting their developmental milestones. A Montessori Teaching Diploma (AMI/MACTE) or Orientation Certificate is required, along with a deep understanding of early childhood growth. The position offers a contract of 11-12 months, with a flexible workload of 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate developmental activities for children aged 0-18 months

• Utilize Montessori techniques to enhance learning

• Create a safe and nurturing environment

• Document children's developmental progress

• Engage with parents and teachers to support individual needs

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience with children

• Clear criminal record and First Aid Certificate

• RECE qualification

• Appreciation for early childhood development

• Enthusiasm for pursuing further education in the field
