Beach Hill Montessori School is seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Toddler Program team. We are looking for someone passionate about early childhood education who values child‑led learning and enjoys working in a collaborative Montessori environment.

• Support and guide toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Implement age‑appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared Montessori classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administration to support the needs of each child

• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Previous experience working with toddlers preferred
  
  Montessori experience or training is considered an asset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
