Position: Instructor for Digital Skills Training
Lead impactful digital skills training as a Digital Literacy Instructor at Tropicana Community Services in Scarborough, ON. This full-time position focuses on integrating technology and empowering participants with essential digital competencies.

Tropicana Community Services is looking for a skilled instructor to deliver hands-on digital literacy training tailored to youth and newcomers. Your primary role will involve curriculum development focused on AI technologies, collaboration tools, and online safety. You will facilitate engaging learning experiences and mentor participants in using digital skills for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt and develop a comprehensive digital literacy curriculum

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions across four cohorts

• Introduce participants to ethical use of technology

• Mentor individuals with varying digital skill levels

• Monitor and evaluate participant progress towards objectives

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field

• 2–4 years’ experience in digital education

• Strong familiarity with emerging technologies

• Ability to engage youth and diverse populations

• Creative teaching methods and instructional design experience
