Transform organizational culture as a Change and Learning Specialist with CCS in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver. Design and implement impactful learning programs to support change in a hybrid work model.
In this hybrid role, you will design and deliver learning programs, ensuring employees adapt effectively to organizational changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training materials that promote skill acquisition and engagement. Your contributions will greatly enhance change management initiatives and foster a supportive culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective learning programs
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders
• Design engaging training materials and assessments
• Coordinate change management for small to medium projects
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and assessments
Requirements:
• University degree in Education or related field
• 3+ years in change strategy execution
• 3+ years of adult learning program development
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Bilingualism in French/English is preferred
