Liberty Prep is searching for a dedicated Casa Guide with AMI or MACTE qualifications to support our Early Childhood Education programs. Candidates should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with strong classroom management capabilities.
Your role will hugely impact the children's learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create an engaging and caring classroom atmosphere
• Guide and implement Montessori-inspired activities
• Observe children’s progress and adjust learning plans
• Effective classroom management and discipline
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues
Requirements:
• AMI or MACTE qualifications required
• Post-Secondary Education in Early Childhood Education
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills needed
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
