Academic Librarian - Information Services

Adecco is seeking a full-time Academic Librarian specializing in Research and Information Services for a prestigious role in Toronto. Provide strategic research support and manage digital library tools effectively.

In this position, you will assist graduate students and researchers in strategic and national security studies. Key tasks include developing online resources, conducting library workshops, and improving access to collections. Collaboration with staff on library website redesigns is also a part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer reference services to graduate students

• Develop research guides and instructional materials

• Manage web-based tools and digital resources

• Conduct training sessions and library workshops

• Support access to digital and electronic collections

Requirements:

• Valid Clearance or Security Clearance requirement

• At least six months of experience in academic libraries

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Effective communication in English, French desirable
