Beach Hill Montessori School is looking for a full-time Registered Early Childhood Educator to join its Toddler Program team. This role involves guiding toddlers in a safe, engaging environment while implementing age-appropriate activities that foster holistic development. Strong communication and teamwork skills are vital to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment

• Implement activities for social, emotional, and cognitive growth

• Maintain an organized and prepared Montessori classroom

• Foster relationships with children, families, and staff

• Ensure compliance with licensing and health regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification

• Preferred experience working with toddlers

• Montessori training or experience is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Caring, patient, and professional demeanor
