Position: Artistic Leader for Youth Programs
Become an Artistic Leader at Camp Towhee, helping children and youth thrive through creative expression in Haliburton, Ontario. This role supports mental wellness through the arts.

In this dynamic position, you will lead and facilitate art programs, aiming to meet developmental objectives for youth facing mental health challenges. You will work closely with a committed team, ensuring that every camper feels valued and engaged. Your experience in supervision and art facilitation will be essential as you help shape transformative experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute art programs tailored to camper needs

• Maintain a safe and organized creative environment

• Collaborate on initiatives with other program areas

• Supervise campers and support during key activities

• Adhere to camp guidelines and policies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of education or relevant experience

• Preferred background in camp settings

• Experience with youth and behavioral management

• Ability to obtain a police check and First Aid certification

• Knowledge of diverse artistic tools and techniques
