Position: Passionate Spanish Teacher for Upper School
Havergal College is hiring a qualified Spanish Teacher for the Upper School, starting September 2026. Foster language acquisition in a diverse learning environment.

This full-time position invites you to engage students through creative lesson planning and strong mentorship. As a Spanish Teacher, you will support students’ growth while aligning classes with the Ontario curriculum. We're seeking an individual who values inclusive education and is committed to the holistic development of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dynamic lesson plans for Spanish classes

• Work with colleagues to develop an aligned curriculum

• Create a safe and inclusive learning space for all students

• Employ effective assessment strategies to evaluate learning

• Build relationships with students and families to support education

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education with a focus on Spanish

• Certification in Good Standing from the Ontario College of Teachers

• Knowledge of current assessment practices

• Experience with diverse learners in education

• Strong commitment to professional development
