SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR

Summer Camp – TAC Sports

Location: Toronto( Midtown)

Position Type: Full-Time Can lead to Winter break, March break & Summer Camps

Position Overview

TAC Sports is hiring a motivated and organized Program Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of youth programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth development, teamwork, and sport leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of TAC Sports programs
  • Support coaches, staff, parents, and participants
  • Assist with schedules, attendance, and program logistics
  • Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants
  • Manage equipment, field setup, and breakdown
  • Support special events, camps, and community initiatives
  • Represent TAC Sports professionally at all times

Qualifications

  • Has worked with kids within the last 3 months
  • Early Childhood Education, teachers college, camp experience preferred
  • Must be enrolled in post secondary - Teacher college seen as an asset
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Experience working with children or youth programs (soccer experience an asset)
  • Ability to lead, problem-solve, and work independently
  • Reliable, positive, and energetic
  • Availability for weekdays and occasional evenings/weekends
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
