The Academy of Enlightened Minds is looking for a highly committed professional to serve as a Lower and Upper Elementary Guide. Candidates must have a MACTE/AMI Accredited Montessori Diploma and a passion for teaching. This role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and continued personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ cognitive, emotional, and social development

• Implement engaging Montessori teaching methods

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families

• Communicate clearly with parents and guardians

• Lead student activities that promote well-being

Requirements:

• MACTE/AMI Accredited Montessori Diploma

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Montessori

• CPR/First Aid training

• Positive and fun-loving approach

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
