Library Circulation & Resv, Osgoode Hall Law School
PurposeReporting to the Manager, Library Operations, this position provides assistance to Circulation staff, facilitates access to library study space for Osgoode students, and performs other related duties.
Education- High School Diploma
- Library experience preferred.
- Experience working in a post-secondary education environment preferred.
- Familiarity with library information systems, room reservation systems, or related online databases preferred.
- Familiarity with law library resources preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to answer questions in a clear, concise and professional manner.
- Ability to deal courteously, professionally and effectively with patrons.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask.
