This contract hourly role requires strong facilitation skills and experience in training coordination. You'll engage in the development and delivery of both in-person and virtual training content while focusing on accessibility for all participants. Collaborating with community partners, you will identify educational needs and enhance the quality of financial empowerment workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver engaging financial empowerment training workshops
• Develop clear and accessible training materials for diverse learners
• Conduct research to keep content accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to enhance training services
• Create promotional materials to boost community engagement
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in training coordination or facilitation
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva and Power Point
• Proficiency in digital tools like Zoom and MS Teams
