Position: Full and Part-Time Hebrew Teacher Role
Become a part of the Leo Baeck Day School team in Ontario as a Hebrew Supply Teacher. We promote critical thinking and cater to diverse learning styles.

The Leo Baeck Day School, an International Baccalaureate World School, seeks both full-time and part-time certified Hebrew Supply Teachers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to inquiry-based learning, working collaboratively in a nurturing educational environment that values diverse student experiences and perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Hebrew language lessons

• Foster inquiry-based learning in the classroom

• Work collaboratively with colleagues on teaching initiatives

• Design inclusive lesson plans addressing various learning needs

• Encourage a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• Certification to teach Hebrew in Ontario

• Strong focus on inquiry-based educational practices

• Ability to work within a collaborative teaching approach

• Dedication to enhancing students' critical thinking

• Familiarity with Jewish educational principles is a plus
