We invite a Registered Early Childhood Educator with extensive experience to apply for this essential role. You’ll supervise staff and children while maintaining program compliance with licensing requirements. Work collaboratively with the Parent Board on various operational facets, ensuring a thriving educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise children and educational staff

• Ensure adherence to provincial and municipal childcare standards

• Develop and implement Montessori and nature-based curricula

• Collaborate on budgeting and operational planning with the Board

• Oversee enrollment and manage community partnerships

Requirements:

• Current RECE certification with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in licensed environments

• Strong proficiency in communications and organizational skills

• Knowledgeable about CCEYA and CWELCC guidelines

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and current immunizations
