Position: Practical Experience Leader at CPA Ontario

Located in Toronto, this role emphasizes your leadership in designing and executing comprehensive learning initiatives that foster mentor capability. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to prepare mentors ensuring they can effectively guide CPA candidates through their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee curriculum for mentor training programs

• Facilitate user research for experience reporting tools

• Conduct training sessions and develop educational materials

• Write clear user manuals and standard operating procedures

• Offer expert support to ensure user readiness

Requirements:

• At least five years of instructional design experience

• Proven ability to deliver adult education programs

• Experience in leading workshops and training

• Strong communication and organizational aptitude

• Degree or certification in instructional design or education
