Position: Instructional Designer for Digital Learning
Enhance digital learning initiatives at Centennial College as a part-time Instructional Designer. Focus on creating impactful multimedia content to support diverse learning modalities.

This role involves working with the Learning and Development team to design and develop engaging course materials. You will utilize your skills in multimedia and digital design to craft learning objects like videos and interactive assessments. Collaboration with various stakeholders will ensure the highest instructional quality in all programs offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multimedia for learning materials

• Collaborate with SMEs for course content integrity

• Implement educational technologies in learning frameworks

• Create and conduct testing plans for e-learning shifts

• Maintain compliance with educational accessibility standards

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in instructional media design or related field

• Three years of experience in online course development

• Hands-on skills with design software and LMS

• Understanding of copyright and privacy legislation

• Basic coding knowledge for web interfaces
