Position: Learning Consultant – Expert (Bilingual French/English)
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Learning Consultant (English/French) to support enterprise learning initiatives, including mandatory training, mobile learning enhancements, and modernization programs. This role will design and develop engaging learning solutions, review French learning content, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training experiences.
Contract: 3 months (with potential extension)
Remote: Fully remote (Candidates across Canada are welcome)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities include the following;
  • Design and develop e-learning, instructor-led, and self-paced learning solutions.
  • Review and validate French learning content for quality, grammar, and natural language.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop instructional design strategies.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Deliver learning solutions using authoring and multimedia tools.
    • Must Have skills required;
  • Bilingual in English and French (strong verbal and written communication).
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and Adobe Creative tools.
  • Adult Learning/Education certification or equivalent.
  • Strong instructional design experience, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Experience with Workday LMS
    .
    • Nice to Have skills include the following;
  • Adobe Captivate.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Project management experience.
