Position: Full-Time Digital Literacy Educator

As a Digital Literacy Instructor in a unionized position, you will focus on curriculum design and the delivery of engaging training programs for diverse audiences. The role emphasizes the use of AI tools to build practical skills related to employment and entrepreneurship. Providing one-on-one mentorship is key to ensuring participant success and fostering a creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop inclusive digital literacy curriculum materials

• Deliver interactive training sessions to various cohorts

• Support participants in using digital platforms effectively

• Provide mentorship and individualized support

• Assess learning outcomes and contribute to program improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or Education

• 2–4 years teaching experience in digital skills

• Expertise in digital tools and AI solutions

• Experience with youth engagement and diverse communities

• Strong instructional design skills
