This on-site role demands creativity and collaboration as you create compelling training content for various product lines. You will partner with teams to design comprehensive training strategies, utilizing workshops, virtual platforms, and e-learning solutions. Your mission will be to enhance the customer experience while supporting internal team growth in scientific disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement high-quality technical training programs
• Create educational materials for diverse training modalities
• Collaborate across functions to enhance customer learning experiences
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in various formats
• Support customer and internal training initiatives
Requirements:
• Advanced degree and 6 years or Bachelor’s and 8 years of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge of products like chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person formats
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to travel up to 30-50% as needed
